This course is for everyone. It is not necessary to already have basic massage knowledge. It is ideal for you who want to start this exciting journey into the magical world of massage from scratch! Classic Relax Massage (also known as Swedish Massage or Thai with oils) is the first type of massage we learn when we start and the most widespread in demand.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to…
√ quote the history of massage, as well as its different types and what characterizes them,
√ list the basic skills that massage requires,
√ you know how and where you will be able to be employed,
√ you know how to find clients and how to start building your own client base,
√ you have knowledge of the rules that ensure health, safety and hygiene during work,
√ distinguish when it is indicated, or contraindicated to apply a massage session,
√ distinguish what each manipulation is and when it is applied,
√ list all the necessary elements of the skeletal and muscular system,
√ you apply 157 techniques (in total for each separate muscle, in supine and prone position). The number is super-enough for a session well beyond 2 hours!

This program lasts 30 teaching hours and is conducted over 5 days.
