This course is aimed at those who already have a basic knowledge of massage. Beginners can watch it as well, however we think that two days are not enough for someone who knows nothing at all to learn massage from the beginning.

√ cite the history of sports massage, as well as its various types and what characterizes them,
√ distinguish when it is indicated, or contraindicated to apply a massage session,
√ understand why you should and how you can obtain a medical history,
√ distinguish what muscle injuries are and how they are treated,
√ list all the necessary elements of the skeletal and muscular system,
√ planning a comprehensive sport massage session,
